The Sustainium Group is giving beebombs out as part of a thank you pack to all its company customers.
Launched by Neal Harper, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and recently stepped down from his role as director of a regional home improvement company, the Sustainium Group’s aim is to build a group of installation companies and invest in their future.
As the name suggests, Sustainium will be focussing on low-carbon and sustainability and Neal explained: “Sustainability is becoming more and more important in our industry and that’s only going to increase as we strive to reach the Government’s zero carbon emissions 2050 target.
“We feel that beebombs are a nice way of saying thank you to our customers – so we can all do our bit and help the environment.”
With 97% of natural bee habitat lost in the UK, beebombs can make an important contribution to the biodiversity of Great Britain and help restore it.
A mix of 18 British wildflower seeds designated by the Royal Horticultural Society as “perfect for pollinators,” fine, sifted soil, and locally sourced clay, beebombs just need to be scattered straight onto open ground at any time of the year to create a wildflower meadow to bring the bees back.
“Pollinators such as bees are of huge importance to biodiversity, which provides functioning ecosystems that supply oxygen, clean air and water, so beebombs are critical for Britain.”
The Sustainium Group, who recently acquired leading West-Midlands installer Wolverhampton Glass, is looking for businesses that have a good reputation locally with annual turnover between £750,000-£10million and at least three years trading history.
They purchase 100% of the shares and the business will continue to operate under its own name. They also aim to retain the existing staff, while owners can often be retained by agreement.
Initially operating throughout the Midlands and the M5/M4/M40 triangle, the Sustainium Group would welcome enquiries from any location. For more information, visit www.sustainium.co.uk or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
